Provision of Expert Testimony
Should a case review by the Medical-Legal Committee determine that the action being taken against a fellow is without merit the College will endeavor to provide expert witnesses to be made available for the fellow’s defense. Experts will bill for their time and will submit, in advance, their fee schedules.
